On June 2, 2023, Dr. Sampurna Man Tuladhar delivered a presentation on healthy lifestyle practices to the learners of AWS (AMAZON WEB SERVICES) re/Start. Dr. Sampurna Tuladhar served as a guest speaker during the AWS re/Start training, run by Unlimited Technology Pvt. Ltd. where he shared his expertise on health precautions for computer professionals with learners as his presentation was designed to help attendees gain knowledge and practice healthy habits to prevent common health issues associated with computer work. 

During the presentation, he shared tips and strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and stress management techniques. Attendees gained valuable insights into how to maintain their health and well-being while working in the IT industry. Dr. Tuladhar's expertise and engaging style made it easy for attendees to understand the material and to take away actionable insights on how to improve their overall health and well-being. 

During his talk, Dr. Sampurna Tuladhar discussed the various health issues that computer professionals frequently encounter, such as computer vision syndrome, eye strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headache, obesity, repetitive stress injury, musculoskeletal disorder, blurred vision, and low back pain. To alleviate or prevent these issues, Dr. Tuladhar recommended several measures, including maintaining good posture, wearing blue light filtering glasses, taking frequent stretching breaks, bending wrists to improve blood flow, avoiding the use of electronic devices before bedtime, and limiting work at the workplace and more. Waldemar Schmidt

On May 26, 2023, Waldemar Schmidt, a seasoned CEO (Chief Executive Officer) with extensive experience in multiple multinationals, visited AWS re/Start training run by Unlimited Technology Pvt. Ltd. to share his insights and expertise with the learners. Mr. Schmidt was the chairperson of Navision, which was later sold to Microsoft and became Microsoft Dynamics Nav. He is also the author of multiple books, including 'Job of the CEO'. During his visit, Mr. Schmidt shared valuable lessons with the learners, drawing on his extensive experience and knowledge. In addition, he spoke about his work to build an IT Academy in Taplejung, Nepal, which highlighted his commitment to promoting education and technology in underprivileged areas. Overall, Mr. Schmidt's visit was an excellent opportunity for the learners of AWS re/Start to learn from someone with such extensive experience and expertise.
