On March 4, 2023, Unlimited Technology P Ltd hosted the Announcement Event of Unlimited AWS re/Start training for those people seeking to learn and get knowledge about the Cloud Platform at Ellaine Memorial School, Sitapaila, Kathmandu. The program was open to all public interested in this field where 115 people were in attendance. During the event, a moment of silence was done in remembrance of Dr. Alisha Tuladhar. Further, the program commenced with welcome speech of school Principal Mr. Jayram Chapagain focusing on how AWS re/Start Training would be an opportunity for youths to improve their skills and knowledge in subject to information and technology.
Progressing further, the event included a lot of enrichment activities starting from melodic cultural music, yoga demonstration and ended with a pleasing cultural dance performance which had surely drawn the attention of the audience.
The key speaker was Dr. Allen Bailochan Tuladhar who spoke about how Amazon Web Services (AWS) was introduced and became the largest cloud provider. He focused that the AWS re/Start training would be a juncture for the passed out students (even dropouts), women and disadvantaged group to unlock the opportunities within the nation or abroad and establish themselves as cloud professionals. Additionally, the training would complement the trainees with free AWS Certification Exams in Practitioner level to build up their cloud career. Summing up, he ended his speech, where understanding tech could be a great differentiator for everyone to turn their mission into vision as by quoting “how this opportunity would transform Caterpillars into Butterflies”.
Overall, the event was a success as everything went as per planned and organized. It seemed that the attendees enjoyed the event and got something out of it. Moreover, applicants has also started their registration process which is an achievement to itself.
